UA School of Medicine professor develops model to predict border deaths
Sam Keim M.D. created a model that predicts the amount of border deaths to occur based on the weather, especially in the summer when the heat is brutal.
Corrido composer and UA School of Medicine professor collaborate
Keim, after developing his model, sought out sociology professor and corrido expert Celestino Fernandez to depict border crossing dangers through music.
