St. Andrew's Children's Clinic

One day a month, the entire grounds of the St. Andrew's Episcopal Church in Nogales, Ariz. transforms into a children's clinc offering free medical treatment and hope to hundreds of Mexican families.
On the morning of April 2, 2009, the staff of BorderBeat.net traveled to Nogales, Ariz., and visited St. Andrew's Children's Clinic, a free volunteer run program offered to families in Mexico who could normally not afford such treatments.
